Room Hire Terms and Conditions
1. Cleaning and Pack Down
The function room will be thoroughly cleaned that night or by midday the following day, and all furniture should be returned to its original position.
2. Damages
There should be no breakages or damages to the club's furniture or equipment. Please note that minor accidents, such as broken glasses or spilled drinks, are not considered damages.
3. Children in the Function Room
Children under 16 must remain in the function room and should be supervised by an appropriate adult. They cannot roam or play in other building areas without supervision.
4. Pool Table Use
Guests may use the public pool table. Children under 16 are also permitted to play, provided they are supervised by an appropriate adult.
5. Stage Safety
Children should remain off the stage to prevent the risk of falling and to protect the DJ's equipment from potential damage.
6. Staff Respect
Please treat our staff with respect, as they are here to ensure you have a wonderful evening.
7. Outside Beverages
Under no circumstances should beverages purchased outside the venue be brought in, unless prior approval has been obtained from the stewardess before the event.
